NH48S 1.0 Scientific Calculator
Everyone needs a calculator, so why not a fully featured one? Although it’s only an alpha version, the NH48S is very powerful. It looks and functions very much like the Hewlett-Packard P48 – an industry standard – with almost every function you will ever need on your desktop.
Support for real, complex (SQRT(-1)) and integers is included, and hexadecimal, octal, binary and decimal base modes are available. Angular modes include radians, grads and degrees; and three main formats can be used – standard (3,500), scientific (3.5 x 10ģ) and engineering (3.5K). Although not yet supported, it seems there is room left for two different coordinate systems (possibly Cartesian and polar, or Cartesian and cylindrical).
Although not pretty, this alpha is very functional and very impressive.
